Full payment is due in advance of the tour start date.
Payment must be made in Pounds Sterling via direct bank transfer or World Pay. Secure details will be provided at the time of booking for the use of credit and debit cards.

REFUND POLICY

More than 14 days notice prior to the tour start: 100% refunded (minus any admin charges incurred)
8-14 days: 50% refunded (minus any admin charges incurred)
4-7 days: 25% refunded (minus any admin charges incurred)
3 days or less: No refund

INSURANCE

Michael’s London Tours are covered for Public Liability Insurance through its trade association, The British Guild of Tourist Guides for the duration of the tour. However clients are strongly advised to purchase their own Travel Insurance.
